WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Jordan Brand Studio Lead! We seek someone who is a strategic, motivated, positive team leader. The Studio Lead drives, implements, and leads the process, solves problems, and prioritizes multiple and oftentimes competing priorities for the creative team. The Studio Lead will work closely with all creative contributors within the Brand Creative Studio, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief. This person will partner closely with Creative Producers, defining the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Brand Marketing Project Management and will oversee workstreams through final delivery, including digital executions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be a strategic partner to the Brand Design and Brand Voice leads, having end-to-end access to all projects in the studio. You ensure the team stays on track within timelines while setting clear expectations between Marketing cross-functional teams and project partners.
You will lead all communication with internal partners and stakeholders, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
You will own and drive critical timelines on projects and lead project-based communication with other functional teams. You handle annual and seasonal budgets. You drive cross-functional inclusion and alignment throughout the creative ideation and execution process, within the creative team as well as global functional and category teams, Corporate Communication, Legal, and Business Affairs.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work in Brand Design and Brand Voice, two functions making up Global Brand Creative alongside Brand Voice, reporting to the Brand Creative Studio Management Director. In addition, this role will partner closely with Global Marketing functions including Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Legal Business Affairs, and Finance.
WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design or related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

5+ years experience in brand or design operations or related areas.

Deep understanding and expertise in creative production, creative writing needs on digital channels, and project management, photo and video production.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience managing budgets.

Ability to lead teams looking after multiple unrelated workstreams simultaneously.

Ability to both consult on and facilitate projects and programs.

Ability to adeptly take on complex organizational problems with a solutions-oriented approach.

Ability to travel 10% of the time.
